Previously known as Quality Mortgage, the company name was changed to Quality Mortgage Financial to reflect the comprehensive products and services offered. Including nearly every FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage product available, Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (Reverse Mortgages),
I've been originating mortgage loans since 1994. Including nearly every FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage product available, Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (Reverse Mortgages), Annuities, and Insurance services.
I consult clients on a multitude of mortgage products and programs. I take a very comprehensive approach to mortgage origination. Considering a client's budget and income paradigm and their time horizon for financial goals and objectives allows me to take a financial planner's approach to a client's most important investment and expense.
I am proud to say I have decades of experience and many ancillary skills that allow me to serve my clients beyond what competitors are able to offer. Most importantly to my Realtor Colleagues and my clients, I build strong cases and get loans done.
